[Moims-mp] Mission Planning and Scheduling Blue Book available for Agencies Review

Dear Daniel,

The MP&S WG has created the final draft of the Blue Book as the input to the Agencies Review.

Attached are the draft Blue Book (White Book) as well as the collection of images used in the book. The SANA beta registry provides all SANA artefacts referenced in the current MP&S White Book.

Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions at this point, before forwarding it for further processing by the Secretariat and CESG.
