[Moims-mp] Draft I2 of the MPS Blue Book

Dear All,
 
I have uploaded Draft I2 of the MPS Blue Book to the usual location on the
Google Drive, which addresses the editorial points raised, including those
flagged by Christophe on DraftI (many of which were duplicates of those
Peter had extracted from Maria's changes).
