[Moims-mp] CCSDS MP&S -- Yellow Book (v2.1.draft)

Dear colleagues,

As discussed and agreed in our last session #1 on the 18th of October, as 
part of our CCSDS MP&S WG 2021 Fall meetings, we've updated the Yellow 
Book in order to include the "Involved Data Objects" sub-sections in the 
Test Plan Details, as well as to merge the tables related to the overview 
of the tests in section 7. 

The v2.1.draft has been uploaded in our G-drive under the "Testing" folder 
as agreed (you may find the link below for convenience), with the name "
CCSDS Mission Planning & Scheduling - Yellow Book - v2.1.draft.doc".

Pending activities as discussed in our last meeting:
a. Update the log output (section 8) for existing test cases implemented. 
A merge request is pending to be raised in the testbed repository.
