I have uploaded draft C4 of the Blue Book to:

This incorporates all the updates arising from yesterday's telecon.

It has change tracking on wrt draft C3 for Veniamin's benefit.

 

I shall now work on sections 1 & 2 of the document and will issue an update
before our next telecon.
