[Moims-mp] Review of the PRM for use in MPS

Dear MPS members,

Please find attached a first draft of a TN describing the review of the 
NAV PRM standard for its potential application in our MPS standard, where 
we need a means to define Pointing Requests as part of the Planning 
Request.

I intend to give a short overview of the findings in our next MPS WebEx 
tomorrow afternoon.
