[Moims-mp] CCSDS MP&S WG web-ex 09 MoM - Poll on meeting days at Fall Technical meetings

Dear all,

Pleas find attached the MoM of our web-ex meeting on 26.09.

One point discussed in the web-ex was to extend the f2f meetings to 3/4 
days. We are currently scheduled to meet only two days on 08 and 09 Nov.
I had requested the CCSDS secretariat to reserve also a room for Tuesday 
but have not yet received any answer.

Please only those members who can confirm their physical attendance in the 
Fall Technical meeting vote and let me know by 2 October CoB your 
preference to meet 2, 3 or 4 days. I will check in parallel with the 
secretariat the feasibility of getting a room and updating the schedule.
