Dear all,
Please find attached for your consideration the updated Charter for the
proposed Mission Planning and Scheduling Services WG.
Roger and I have updated the Charter document to reflect the discussions
of the BOF meeting in London and have integrated the bullet points, which
we drafted with your help during the meeting in the updated document.
The objective of this web-ex is to prepare for the meeting in Pasadena.
The proposed agenda is:
- Tour de table
- Review the updated charter
- Review of the current agency commitments to the first project (Green
Book)
- Request for confirmation of commitment by other agencies
- Draft agenda for Pasadena Meeting
- AOB
Please let me know, if you wish to add a topic to the agenda or would
like to propose a change.
Please note that the ESA Web-Ex service has changed since Jan 2015. There
is no call-back option offered anymore. You will need to call in, using
the provided number for your country. I will start the web-ex session 15
min before the start of the meeting, in order to allow time for those who
are not familiar with the call-in process.
