Roger and I have updated the Charter document to reflect the discussions of the BOF meeting in London and have integrated the bullet points, which we drafted with your help during the meeting in the updated document.<br>

The objective of this web-ex is to prepare for the meeting in Pasadena. The proposed agenda is:<br>

- Tour de table <br>

- Review the updated charter<br>

- Review of the current agency commitments to the first project (Green Book)<br>

- Request for confirmation of commitment by other agencies<br>

- Draft agenda for Pasadena Meeting<br>

- AOB<br>
