[Moims-ipr] Raising a flag

Dear all,

I am seriously concerned.

When comparing with NAV and SMC WGs, the activities within IPR and DAI (at 
least it is what I see from e-mail trafic) is close to zero between 
International workshops. DAI and IPR are at risk.

Please let me know what is happening.

If I do not get an answer soon, I will contact some NASA staff at Goddard.
