<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">When comparing with NAV and SMC WGs,
the activities within IPR and DAI (at least it is what I see from e-mail
trafic) is close to zero between International workshops. DAI and IPR are
at risk.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If I do not get an answer soon, I will
contact some NASA staff at Goddard.</font>
