Bob Durst (Approve Unconditionally): Approval of the formation of this
working group is not contingent on resolution of this comment, however, there
exist in the proposed working group charter dates that have already passed
(October 2007 for WG chartering, and Jan 15, 2008 for Agency Requirements and
Pink Sheets). Since the WG has not yet been chartered, and particularly if
the Requirements and Pink Sheets have not yet been produced, I recommend
revisiting the schedule given the new WG chartering date.
