[Moims-ipr] I am worried because IPR / DAI are in danger to be killed

Nestor,

We discussed it at the recent GSFC standards review and the utility  
of MOIMS DAI and IPR was recognized and supported.  Clarification on  
the sources of funding was the only issue.  We'll have it officially  
settled prior to the June 25th meeting in Brussels.
