MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2007-01-006, Resolution recommending progression of the SM&C
Message Abstraction Layer to Red Book status.

The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING that the SM&C Message Abstraction Layer has completed work after
an in-depth review process within the WG, and in particular within the NASA
Exploration Group, on the proposed Recommended Standard

and RECOGNIZING that the SM&C WG has requested that the document be
progressed to Red Book status and released for CCSDS Agency review;

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group initiates a poll
addressing this Area request.
