[Moims-ipr] SAFE Web site

Hello,

in  my ESA status report to IPR/DAI last Tuesday I forgot to mention that the
official SAFE web site has been finally open. You can go to
http://earth.esa.int/SAFE to find the latest versions of documentation, XML
schemas, API, etc. Please refer to this site in the future for official
updates.

Any comments or suggestion to improve it is more than welcome.
