[Moims-ipr] SIP/XFDU Mapping document v2

Hi all,

This document represents the latest thoughts on the specialization of the
XFDU as a vSIP concrete implementation.

This version includes some last minute ideas on using an Extension Type as
a generalized method for specializing XFDUs by third parties.

I will be presenting this ot the DAI/IPR plenary on Tuesday and would
appreciate any input.
