ADs and DADs: at this point in time, NASA not yet finalized the hosting
arrangements for the next series of CCSDS meetings. However, FOR YOUR
PRELIMINARY PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY, please assume the following:

PLACE:         San Diego, California

05 January:    Wireless Workshop (1 room, 50 people)

07 January:    Working Group Chairs orientation and web training (1 room,
50 people)
                (afternoon, 1-4PM)

08-12 January: CCSDS Area/Working Group meetings (~12-rooms, 130 people)

15-16 January: CESG meeting (1 room, 20 people)

17-19 January: CCSDS Management Council/ISO  meeting (1 room, 30 people)

Once again, these are not commitments and the dates and location may very
well change. But they do represent a current "best guess" that you should
use for preliminary planning. I will let you know as updates occur.

Note the addition of the 07 January (Sunday afternoon) orientation/training
session. I anticipate that attendance at this session will be mandatory for
all ADs, DADs and WG chairs; the Secretariat staff will most likely be
conducting process orientation classes and web training.
