[Moims-ipr] Comments on need to update OAIS, 5-year review

All,

I'm attaching three documents carrying comments on the need for  
updates to the OAIS reference model.  The first is a summary of the  
comments with a table of contents.  This document references two  
other documents, and they are the second and third attached.  We will  
need to review these comments at the CCSDS DAI/IPR meetings in  
Colorado Springs to determine the desirability of an update, whether  
there is adequate resources and leadership, and if so, what the scope  
of the update  would be.

Any analysis and/or categorization of these comments, prior to  
Colorado Springs, would be much appreciated.
