The following resolution has been approved by MOIMS and should be transmitted
to the CESG via a poll to seek its approval

MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2005-10-005, Resolution recommending update of the SM&C WG
Charter

The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING that the SM&C WG has discussed and agreed its Charter in its last
workshop at Atlanta (Sept 2005)

and RECOGNIZING that the SM&C WG has requested that the document be released
for CESG review and that this request is approved by the MOIMS AD

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group initiates a poll
addressing this Area request.
