Dear CESG Colleagues,

Here is the draft SANA Charter and the set of requirements that have been
prepared by the BoF.  As I noted during discussion, a version of these two
documents dated 12 August was sent out to the entire SANA BoF interest list in
August.  The list includes 33 people from 13 different organizations.  There
were no responses from any of those polled.

We would like to make progress in the WG so that we can create the SANA service
that was requested in the re-org plan.  Please review this within your areas and
provide feedback, as agreed, within the next two weeks.  Thank you for your
support.
