Nestor,

Given the speed of the CCSDS documents cycles, I would not expect to see a
Blue Book for packaging and a red book for Registry Procedures (CA)for at
least two years. I think we should move for a two year reaffirmation on
structures documents. I should be noted that,hard media is not specifically
covered in the current XML packaging. I think three years is a better time
for CA related material.
