[Moims-dai] Updated OAIS-IF BB - new schema

Dear all

I have been trying to rationalize the JSON schema for the OAIS-IF serialization. I realised that what we had previously did not allow some necessary capabilities.
So I re-wrote section 6.1 of the document to capture some reasonable requirements for the schema, a new schema, and an analysis of the proposed schema against these requirements.
I also have an application which validates JSON files.
