Here are links to the documents submitted to the MOIMS AD, to support the
resolution we submitted for the CMS to publish them.

After the CMSM meeting next month the docs will go to Tom Gannett, the CCSDS
Technical Editor who will produce the versions for CCSDS publication. These
will then be sent to ISO for publication.

The ISO contact wrote:

Now in a 'normal ISO process' the decision following an approved enquiry is
a) or b)

a) when the approval criteria of 2.6.3
<https://www.iso.org/sites/directives/current/consolidated/index.html#a_2_6_
3> are met, and no technical changes are to be included, to proceed
directly to publication (see 2.8
<https://www.iso.org/sites/directives/current/consolidated/index.html#a_2_8>
);

b) when the approval criteria of
<https://www.iso.org/sites/directives/current/consolidated/index.html#a_2_6_
3> 2.6.3 are met, but technical changes are to be included:

1) to register the revised enquiry draft, as modified, as a final draft
international standard, or

2) to circulate the revised enquiry draft for voting (see 2.6.1
<https://www.iso.org/sites/directives/current/consolidated/index.html#a_2_6_
1> ). The revised enquiry draft will be circulated for a voting period of 8
weeks. Committees are limited to only one revised enquiry draft where the
approval criteria are met in this case.

In our case , for ISO/TC 20/SC13 we have mutually arranged with CCSDS

Editing: There will be no editing by ISO/CS on the adopted CCSDS publication
for the first ISO edition, nor for any subsequent edition.

ISO Central Secretariat will not make any technical changes to CCSDS
publication: ISO/CS will remove the CCSDS cover page and use the CCSDS text
starting as of the content. ISO/CS will add an ISO cover page, the ISO
headers and footers, ISO logo and ISO copyright notice and an ISO Foreword
mentioning: 'This document was prepared by the Consultative Committee for
Space Data Systems (as CCSDS [original reference] [date] ) and drafted in
accordance with its editorial rules. It was assigned to Technical Committee
ISO/TC 20 Aircraft and space vehicles, Subcommittee SC 13, Space data and
information transfer systems and adopted (without modifications) by the
"fast-track procedure").

Comments at the Enquiry stage: In the event of comments by ISO members at
the Enquiry stage, comments are provided to CCSDS for a future revision.
ISO/TC 20/SC 13 will liaise with CCSDS to form a response.

Which means basically that ISO/CS is not editing the document but simply
publish after the Enquiry.

The documents are in the CWE, MOIMS-DAI-->Draft Documents relevant folders.
