[Moims-dai] OAIS ISO comments update

At the meeting today we agreed that people will have time to comment on the
open items but I will close then in three days unless someone complains,
apart from

alternative suggestions

was requested

http://review.oais.info/show_bug.cgi?id=357 - JGG will check if appropriate
text if provided elsewhere

http://review.oais.info/show_bug.cgi?id=329   - Roberta will ask Iolanda,
also we should check got other ISO or CCSDS definitions we could refer to.

 

These last 4 will be discussed next week.

 

I will prepare the feedback to ISO TC 20/SC13 for formal voting.
