[Moims-dai] Meeting day question - don't register yet

DAI folks:  In our last telecon we discussed having our spring meeting
session on Tuesday morning (USA) Tuesday afternoon (Europe), but for John
and I who will be the only persons that are "in person" at the meeting,
there is not a room available at the venue.  The options are either
Wednesday morning or Friday morning.   John has suggested Friday morning is
more convenient, because we can go right to the MOIMS report Friday
afternoon, and it requires only one day of travel for him.   

Does Friday morning (USA) Friday afternoon (Europe) work for most folks?   

If you haven't registered already, please wait until they have fixed the
registration system to whatever day we decide.  If you've already
registered, I'm sure you'll be able to change it if needed.

not traveling to the meeting. This will ensure your working group chair
understands that he/she needs to request and manage telecon/WebEx

the Spring 2023 Meetings.

Fall 2023 TECHNICAL PLENARY MEETING & MANAGEMENT MEETINGS

ESA will host the Fall 2023 Technical Plenary and Management Meetings in The
Hague, Netherlands. The technical meetings will be held from 06-10 November
2023. [Note: This will be a five-day technical meeting] The CESG Executive
Committee will meet on 13-14 November 2023.  The CCSDS Management Council
will meet on 14-16 November 2023.  More preliminary information will be
available after the Spring 2023 meetings.  Please let the Secretariat know
if you need a visa letter to attend the Fall 2023 meetings
(mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org).
