[Moims-dai] New Integrated Schedule and current project timelines updated in the CWE

So, as part of this round of updates, should we go ahead and put in the
Archive Abstraction Layer Blue Book in the system? We’ve talked about it
since the first CMC presentation, and I think it was just an oversight (me
included) to not have it in the system already. And I think we’ve also
agree to plug in a OAIS-IF Green Book (or some similar title).
I favor adding those two books to the spreadsheet, to the framework, and to
the MOIMS report. I think we’ve discussed them enough in the telecons to
say we have consensus on them as new projects. And if anyone in the working
group has issue with that… I’m sure they’ll reply to this email!

We have a number of reviews of current projects that we will discuss when
the issues about registry issues and how updates are handled have been
resolved.
