The primary "New Work Items" that will be pursued in parallel with the
(ongoing) Architecture Description Document are the (not yet approved) Green
Book (OAIS-IF Rationale, Scenarios and Requirements) and the Archive
Abstraction Layer Blue Book.

we will have no work to do soon. Looking at CWE we have only
