[Moims-dai] OAIS-IF GB updated draft

Dear all

 

I have made some updates to

and%20Requirements-20210219.docx?dl=0 to give a clearer idea of how I think
the multi-archive access would work - this is in the updated section 2.3.

Comments and alternatives welcome.

 

This document is probably about  as complete as I want to make it without
some detailed feedback, positive or negative, from the group.
