David:  I couldn't tell which folder in Dropbox your PPT was in.  Also I
noticed that yours didn't have the videos recorded.

Conference

There were no files in that OAIS-General folder so I added a subfolder for
this conference.  

The PPT is 319MB and the MP4 is 456MB.   I did fine viewing the MP4 directly
from the Dropbox web page, so you don't necessarily have to download it.  

You were going to record videos for your presentation, right?  

If you're having troubles with large files, maybe we should keep the
presentation areas separate.  You in part 1, me in part 2, you in part 3?
That would be more conducive to stopping for Q&A, anyhow.  

And if you can just upload yours to the dropbox, I can upload them to
anywhere Sharon needs them.  Or we can each upload to Sharon's server
separately, whichever you prefer.  

So, just let me know if this is how you want to do this.

I think you are right - just get comments - agree on these then and then
record - the only thing to check is the timing.

I have problems uploading large files so if you put your recording on
Dropbox  as a PPTX I can put all the slides together and create an MP4
(which is smaller) and upload it for Sharon.

I was debating about postponing the recording of videos until after our
Tuesday telecon, to get any final corrections added.  But I'm concerned
about schedule, so I think I should go ahead and start recording videos.  

I've attached the file as it stands right now, with full speaker notes.
David if you could give it a quick look-over before I start recording videos
this afternoon (about 4 hours from now), that would be great.  No problem if
you're busy, though.  

Once we have the videos recorded, I'm not sure we need to have another
telecon.  I hope that we won't have to make major changes after that.  But
we'll see.  

David, how do we review the videos?  Are we going to put them on DropBox?
Or do we skip reviewing the videos, and only trade comments on the pre-video
PPTs?  Either is OK with me.

I should be done with my section tomorrow, if the video recording goes well
(which it seldom does).  

I propose another EWA Presentation telecon.  Week before last, we did the
first one on Tuesday at 8/10 at 11amP/1pmC/2pmE/7pmUK. 

Shall we use the same time slot?  For Tuesday 8/24?  

David if you agree, I'll just reschedule the last one for the new date.  Do
you think your skype link will still work?
