1.	Reminder that we need to update project plan for CWE, in particular
the GB and Abstraction Layer

a.	Report about progress on ISO and Control Authority Blue Book.  An
updated version based on a document Peter prepared several years ago to
integrate Control Authorities with SANA, is available  at

b.	We said we would decide at this meeting whether to accept this
version of the CA (perhaps with minor updates) or Silverize the CA document
in order to give us time to make proper updates.
