1.	Reminder that we need to update project plan for CWE, in particular
the GB and Abstraction Layer
2.	Report about progress on ISO and Control Authority Blue Book.  I
attach an updated version based on a document Peter prepared several years
ago to integrate Control Authorities with SANA. Only John really knows
enough about the CAs to say if this is OK.
