Dear Brigitte

As I mentioned on Monday I found a corruption in the file which seems to
have caused the problem. 

This file problem has been fixed and should be ready for agency review.

Hello David,

I have downloaded the clean version from CWE,  and to my surprise, I did not
find the modifications agreed between you, John and me. I have attached to
this mail the last version discussed with you in May 2019 and the one I
found in CWE. Unless  I missed something, you can see on your own  that the
version downloaded from CWE does not contain the modifications agreed
between us (for instance you agreed in May to add a diagram convention in
§1.5.3  I do not see it in the CWE version). 

Could you tell me if I made a mistake ?

Dear Mario, Brigitte

The new version of OAIS is ready for agency and ISO review. It is available
in the CWE at 

    MOIMS-DAI/Draft Documents/OAIS v3/OAIS final v3 draft with changes wrt
OAISv2 20190924-rl.docx

which has tracked changes with respect to the current version of OAIS and

    MOIMS-DAI/Draft Documents/OAIS v3/OAIS final v3 draft with changes wrt
OAISv2 20190924-clean.docx

which has all changes accepted and all comments deleted.

These documents can be downloaded from CWE but are also available on
Dropbox, from which some people find easier to download, at

The tracked change version has comments with references to the
http://review.oais.info website so that SC#22 refers to
http://review.oais.info/show_bug.cgi?id=22  which contains the discussion
and resolution of the change.

The changes arising from Brigittes comments are marked with her name; the
resolution was by email.

The last set of comments were from Roberta Svanetti (marked SR2019) and Mark
Conrad (marked MC2019) which were resolved by email, most of which were
accepted.
