Subject: [Rdap] For comment - white paper on TRUST principles
To:

Hi all,

A white paper on the TRUST principles was released for public comment. It
can be found at https://bit.ly/2Ih7g8F

TRUST stands for Transparency, Responsibility, User Community,
Sustainability, Technology. Where the FAIR principles are aimed at the
dataset level, these TRUST principles are aimed more at the repository
level. "Who can we TRUST to be FAIR?"

The White Paper's motivation is intends to invite stakeholders’ input to
develop concise and measurable guidelines for those wishing to build and
sustain a trustworthy data repository that provides services to make
datasets FAIR, as open as possible and as closed as necessary, and citable.

All are welcome to comment on this white paper <https://bit.ly/2Ih7g8F>!
And I know folks on these listservs know a thing or two about repositories
and data :)

Apologies for cross-posting...
