[Moims-dai] Proposed draft agenda for CCSDS meeting

Hi John,

I will attend the CCSDS DAI-WG Meeting in May in Mountain View, so I would like to attend the telecon later today.
However, I have still the problem that Skype is not allowed at DLR for data security reasons. What we can use is Skype for Business which I'll try to install on my hardware. I am not sure if it is possible then for me to attend today's meeting.

I've attached a proposed agenda for the upcoming CCSDS meeting in Mountain View, California.
