Subject: RE: ISO 19165-2 & 47th TC211 Plenary in Wuhan, China

Dear ISO 19165-2 Project team (on the To list) and other interested folks
(on the cc list),
I am attaching the latest version (WD Version 3) of ISO 19165-2. This is
on the template provided by ISO and is in Word format. I would appreciate
any comments you have on it before October 15 so that I can make any final
changes and prepare for the meeting in Wuhan. Please review it from the
point of view of its readiness to be elevated to a Committee Draft.
I will be out of touch between November 2 and 11 due to other commitments.
I will participate remotely in the Wuhan meeting, and I thank Ms. Thandi
Msibe for responding quickly to my message below and volunteering to help
with signing on to Zoom at the meeting venue.
Regards,
Rama.

Dear Project Team,
Soon I will be sending an updated version of the Working Draft of ISO
19165-2 to you. The update will be taking into account the comments I have
received so far. After that, the plan is to discuss it at the TC211
plenary meeting in Wuhan, China, scheduled for Nov. 12-16. We would hold a
1.5 hour session on Tuesday, Nov. 13 to present the content of the draft
and, if there are no objections, to promote it to Committee Draft (CD). We
also have the option of agreeing to proceed to CD with some final
adjustments to the document per discussion at the meeting.
One catch is that I will need to conduct the meeting remotely using the
ISO zoom account due to another travel commitment. If any of you plan to
be at the meeting in person, please let me know as soon as possible. I
request that a person who is there in person sign in to zoom (I will
provide details later) so that others in the room will be able to see/hear
the discussion.
Thanks.
Rama.
