[Moims-dai] OAIS update - suggestion for section 5

Hi David,

... just another thought. The scenario description uses a CD-ROM as a storage medium. I guess it could sound a little outdated in the next years.
It could be rephrased in a more neutral way "... on a storage media" or else.

Provide rewrite of Section 5 and also note any additional changes needed to address SC#024

I attach OAIS-Preservation-Perspectives-DG-20171217 for address section 5 and OAIS-Glossary-suggestions-DG-20171217 to address the related parts.
