Attached is the LTDP document created by CEDA on standards and procedure .  It has quite stong EO focus , it was made publically avaible  in 2012, so shouldn't be terribly out of date.

Hi All,

I’m attaching a current version of the Information Lifecycle Framework High-Level (advertising) document.
I cleaned it up based on last week’s telecon.
It only includes a sentence or two describing the stages.
More detailed work on the stages is needed.
Spreadsheets were sent out and David provided a simplified update today.
We should work from that.
