Hi Daniele,

I will be able attend the Pasadena meeting remotely .  In advance of tomorrow telecon I attach a quick analysis of why I think the the ICDP structure need a planning and risk analysis process to run parallell with the other ICP stage due to th eoterative nature of process implied by TRAC.  I also include a few commnt on why I think a more in detailed risk standard is alos required to support these processes.

Dear All:

I have attached the meeting room blocks for the Spring 2015 Technical Meetings at CalTech/Pasadena from 23-27 March 2015. These room blocks are based on the last meeting in London last month. Note that the meeting at CalTech will be a 5-day technical meeting.

Our goal is to have the online meeting registration site opened by late January 2015. In order to give the Secretariat IT staff enough time to build the online registration site, please review the room blocks and let me know by Friday, 9 January 2015 if there are any changes. We will try to accommodate your request/changes as best we can based on the rooms provided. Also, please let me know if you plan to use a room for only a few hours so that we can plan accordingly. In addition, let me know if you will need teleconference capabilities.

If your group did not meet in London but plans to meet at CalTech, or if you have a new group that is meeting CalTech, please provide me with an approximate number of attendees in addition to the number of days you plan to meet.

Finally, if you or any member of your Working Group are already planning to make hotel reservations for CalTech, please see the attached list of hotels. No room blocks have been negotiated at any of the hotels. A list of airports around the Los Angeles area is also attached. These files, as well as other pertinent information for the Spring 2015 meeting at CalTech, will be uploaded soon.
