2.      1 DAI and future
Discussion on Nestor's last email concerning the future.

The members confirm their investment, and ask if something could be done in order to convince the management on this point and the interest of maintaining the group.

=> A=>(DB): summarize the emails confirming participation from UKSA, NASA, ... and send information to CNES for internal discussion.

3.      2 Next CCSDS meeting
DG: should confirm his participation, beginning of the week?

=> A=>(DB): ask LTDP and other members for physical participation.

4.      3 PV paper
Confirmed.

5.      4 MACAO document
Discussion from JG's email -> WG validation.
The WG is convinced of the interest (control authority, registries ...). Question of resources arose.

=> A=>(JG): reformulate his email in a more positive way, for validation. When ok, DB will send it to Peter Shame.

6.      4 Information Lifecycle Framework (ILF)

RD: stakeholders need support. Such a CCSDS/ISO standard could help to get support.

Discussion on documents: identification of Data Management Plan DMP, Support Plan, Proposal, System Design Document, Submission Agreement.
DB: overlap between them, important to focus on the content with examples of types of doc.

DG: focus on preservation and/or on use.

Discussion on how to present the standard: topics vs lifecycle. The topics are developed all along the lifecycle and at different levels according to the phases.
In a practical way, the idea is to expand the list of topics.

JG: keep the link with LTDP, how far?

=> A=>(DG): expand the topics, propose a different structure for the standard and propose effort in term of pages.

=> A=>(DB): propose a schedule to have a draft for review from now till end of the year.

=> A=>(MM): expand the topic "data format".

=> A=>(JG): expand other topics (TBD)
