[Moims-dai] How to connect to "Adobe connect" webconf service during next meeting

 Hi all,

Here is information to use the Adobe connect web conference:

Use preferably firefox or IE (don't use Chrome).

1.      Click on the link that you'll receive separately according to the meeting day you want to join.
2.      Click on "Enter as a guest", and once connected, you'll see the window "tutowebconf1",
3.      To be able to speak, active the icone microphone at the top of the window, see "tutowebconf2"
4.      If you need to present, ask the host to be authorized (Daniele), then click on "share my desktop" and then choose an authorized application in the proposed list (word, powerpoint, ...).
5.      You can also use the "chat"

It is highly recommended to use a headset.
