<li>Click on the link that you’ll receive separately according to the meeting day you want to join.</li><li>Click on “Enter as a guest”, and once connected, you’ll see the window “tutowebconf1”,</li><li>To be able to speak, active the icone microphone at the top of the window, see “tutowebconf2” </li><li>If you need to present, ask the host to be authorized (Daniele), then click on “share my desktop” and then choose an authorized application in the proposed list (word, powerpoint, …).</li><li>You can also use the “chat”</li></ol>
