I'm very sorry but it looks like that I cannot participate in the next  
telecon. I will be at ESTEC on that day and was going to ask for a  
telecon facility there, but I have to give a presentation at a meeting  
at ESTEC at almost the same time as the telecon. I apologize for the  
inconvenience.
