[CSS-GFT] Discontinuation of File Transfer BoF Mailing List.

Dear all,
                  as an outcome of the Spring meeting was that the File
Transfer activity should be undertaken by the Service Management working
group.  In view of this the File Transfer BoF mailing list will be
discontinued.

Consequently, if you are still interested in the File Transfer activity, you
will need to sign up to the Service Management mailing list (or get in touch
with me and I'll add you).
