group.

   Review of actions;
   Technical issues:
   - TCP/IP Latency;
   - Backward compatibility between version 1 and version 2: Service Instance
   Identifier definition.
   Finalisation of the books:
   - RAF Blue 2
   - RCF Red 2
   - ROCF Red 1
   - CLTU Blue 2
   - FSP Red 2
   Status of implementation by the Agencies
   Plans for the next 6 months

Several members of the working group will join the RAD BOF.
