I read through the FRM book, or at least the first 43 pages of it.  I found a lot to like, and also a number of issues that prevent me from giving it my immediate blessing.  I wanted you to be aware of these and to have them available in case you wanted to address them during our working meetings.  Check the Poll conditions.

I hope you find this feedback to be constructive, it was intended to be.  I think the FRM has a lot to offer, but that not all of the concepts are as clearly articulated as they might be.

Let me know if you wish to discuss any of this.  I will make time available.
