I have updated the FR Word document on the CWE to remove the access restrictions and to add a color code (and authorization information); yellow FRs are not authorized and up for WG review:

As discussed, a word document has been created on CWE to facilitate the WG review of the FRM Tier 2. Here a  summary of what has been discussed today:
