[Css-csts] CSTS WG Review of FRM Tier 2

Dear CSTS Colleagues,
As discussed, a word document has been created on CWE to facilitate the WG review of the FRM Tier 2. Here a  summary of what has been discussed today:

Action WG: Review the FRs assigned to each reviewer until 10th of June 2022. Reviewers are assigned here:
