[Css-csts] More FF-CSTS Errata

I mentioned that in the process of drafting the TD-CSTS Pink Book I came across a few more editorial errors in the Forward Frame CSTS Blue Book. Those errors are:

a)      The first sentence of 8.2.4 should have been a NOTE under 8.2.2. The sentence has now been moved to such a NOTE and deleted from 8.2.4.

b)     In annex B, the ASN.1 comments in the "Object Identifiers and Data Types of the FF-CSTS Provider FR type" should include the reference to the configuration parameters subsections of section 4. 5, 6, and 7, as well at the read-only parameters subsections. The comment line "parameters specified in 4.8 and 5.8" should be changed to "parameters specified in 4.7, 4.8, 5.7, 5.8, 6.7, 7, and 8".
