[Css-csts] Proposed Virtual CSTS WG Schedule for the Fall Meeting

Dear CSTS Colleagues,
As you may have expected, the fall meeting is going to be virtual. Please 
find below the proposed schedule for CSTS. I suggest to decouple a bit 
from CSSM to allow participation in CSSM and CSTS, e.g. for John. Let me 
know in case you propose changes to the CSTS schedule until end of next 
week.

Proposed CSTS Schedule
a.         CSS plenary session, Monday, October 25
b.         CSTS Session 1, Tuesday, October 26
c.         CSTS session 2, Wednesday, October 27
d.         CSTS session 3, Thursday, October 28
e.         CSTS session 4, Tuesday, November 2
f.          CSS closing plenary, Wednesday, November 3

a.         CSSM Session 1, Monday, October 18
b.         CSSM session 2, Wednesday, October 20
c.         CSS plenary session, Monday, October 25
