[Css-csts] Need for Telecon at the Spring Meeting

Dear CSTS WG,
We are asked if we need a room equipped for a telecon, apparently not all 
rooms are equipped. I do not think we need, in case we do I think we still 
can use PC / Skype. Please let me know in case you think we need a room 
equipped for a telecon until the end of the week.
