[Css-csts] Updated draft TD-CSTS on CWE

This update responds to the comments made by Sylvain Gully (thanks, Sylvain!) on the previous (July 2015) version. These corrections were mostly typographical in nature. I also corrected a few other typos that I encountered in the book.
